Dominant Eye
To determine your dominant eye
Which eye is dominant determines whether you shoot right or left-handed in most cases.
A quick and easy method to determine dominant eye is as follows:
Pick any object 8-10 feet away.
Create any opening by crossing the fingers and thumbs as in picture.
Open both eyes and extend both arms to full length. You will be able to see the object you have created through the hole you have created.
With object in sight, close one eye, if they can see the object that is the dominant eye.
With younger archery you can stand 4 or 5 feet in front of them Tell them to look at you throw the hole they made you will be able to see witch eye they are using.

Measuring Draw length

Place a ruler at top of the archers chest under chin and have the archer extend their arms in front of them with fingers straight out and palms together as far as possible. The reading on the ruler at the end of their extended fingers is their approximate draw length.
